Recorded Videoconferences are now Available
The first two in a series of recorded videoconferences are available now on TrainingSpace. The videoconferences were produced by New York’s Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) and Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) and feature some of the most popular recent broadcasts.
Once you are registered, each of the recorded videoconferences is available immediately, in its entirety, right from your workstation. The video can be viewed and reviewed as often as you would like, with unlimited access to the program continuing through the end of the year.
Each videoconference has been segmented for ease of navigation, and is accompanied by relevant resources and a complete text translation. Please ask your Staff Development Coordinator or Training Coordinator to register you in STARS if you wish to view one of these programs.
The first two titles available are:
- Mandated Reporter Training: The Hidden Dangers of Methamphetamine
Safety – consists of two programs designed to educate workers
on the dangers and warning signs of methamphetamine use and
production.
