The Work Number (TALX Corp.) training available on TrainingSpace
The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) and The Work Number (TALX Corporation) are offering online training to assist Local District NDNH Coordinators (LDNCs), Local District TALX Coordinators (LDTCs), fraud investigators, eligibility workers, or any other authorized users throughout New York State in making the most of all The Work Number has to offer.
These training programs, which consist of a PDF guide on how to use the Work Number, a Flash presentation, and a guide on how to conduct eXpress transactions, will thoroughly explain and allow users to more fully benefit from The Work Number’s range of services.
Although both the guides and presentations may be viewed separately, we suggest users avail themselves of all three in order to obtain a broader understanding of the service.
