OCFS Content Now Being Added to TrainingSpace
TrainingSpace has recently started adding materials produced by New York State’s Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).
Already available in the “Materials” section of TrainingSpace are a curriculum and training manual designed to help local district and state staff use the Adult Services Automation Project (ASAP) information and data entry system.
A new recorded OCFS teleconference, Access to CPS Investigation Stages by Voluntary/Contract Agencies, is also now available. The teleconference, which originally aired September 12, 2007, outlines new functionalities in CONNECTIONS that support the ability for staff to access Child Protective Services investigative stage information. Registration for this teleconference is handled through STARS.
