DDD Performance Support Center Launched
The New York State Division of Disability Determinations has launched a new online course on case development. "Roadmap to Best Practices" is an extensive, self-paced guide designed to assist DDD analysts in making timely disability determinations for New York State residents. The course addresses the case development workflow, from initial case processing and gathering of medical evidence, through the ultimate disability determination and documentation of findings. The online support center offers additional job aids, including a collection of Social Security Administration policy directives and advice on maintaining an organized daily schedule. The Performance Support Center is available to DDD analysts from their desktop toolbar.
