If the administrative enforcement does not get results, court enforcement might be taken to collect the money.
There are a number of ways that the court can collect money or enforce a child support order. The court can require cash deposits, issue money judgments, suspend professional licenses, and sentence the non-custodial parent (NCP) to probation or jail.
