Cognos Report Studio Classroom Training
Description:
The Cognos Report Studio Classroom Training provides a full-day classroom instruction on using Report Studio, which is the advanced reporting tool for Cognos ReportNet. Attendees will create complex list reports with the instructor and practice what they learned on their own with customized Workshops.
Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, the user should be able to:
- navigate the ReportNet environment
- create reports
- organize data within the report (sort, group, filter, calculations, totals)
- enhance reports (prompts, formats)
- discuss a back-up strategy for saved reports
Target Audience:
- Advanced power-users that are responsible for creating list, crosstab, or chart reports for their organization
Prerequisites:
- Completion of the Cognos Report Studio CBT
- A Report Studio software license
Course Length:
- One day (9am-4pm)

- Registration is coordinated through STARS. Contact your local Staff Development Coordinator (local district users) or the OCFS Bureau of Training (state staff) for assistance.
