This video conference is for licensors and registrars in New York State to teach you more about testifying at administrative proceedings. Learn about how to prepare, what kinds of questions are asked, and how to respond to these questions. Join us as Edward G. Watkins, Associate Attorney, NYS OCFS Bureau of Child Care Law, discusses hearings and enacts role-play situations you might come across when testifying at administrative proceedings. Learn how to survive cross examination and what you can do to be successful during a hearing. Also join us for a question and answer period to find out some answers to questions you have.
