Program Description
An annual update on legal issues affecting the provision of Protective Service to Adults. We'll look at federal and state policy changes, new legislation, as well as recent case law concerning vulnerable and elderly adults.

Debra Sacks, Senior Staff Attorney from the Sadin Institute on Law of the Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging and Longevity, of Hunter College and Director of the Reingold Elder Abuse Project. She will be joined by Alan Lawitz, Director, Bureau of Adult Services, New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
