Using COLD to Access Reports
Program Description
This recording demonstrates how to use the COLD information retrieval system to access report information needed for managing a child support caseload. It includes an explanation of how to get to COLD, use the Search page to obtain desired information, understand a hit list, view report information, and download and print search results when necessary.
