- Notices and Reason Codes
- TAD-based Notices
- Pending Notices
- After WMS Batch Update
- Batch Call-in Notices
Target Audience
- LDSS Eligibility Workers
- OTDA Program Staff
This training module is based on the Upstate Welfare Management System (WMS) and is not operationalized for a NYC audience.
Course Length
Approximately 1 hour.
