Course Description
The purpose of this course is to provide Local District and Voluntary Agency casework and supervisory staff with detailed instruction on how to access and use the new version of the Open Caseload Inquiry (OCI) Report. Proceeding at their own pace, learners will discover the features of the new report, how to customize it to meet individual needs and the information contained on the report.
- Course Introduction: provides information on course organization and navigation.
- The New OCI: provides detailed instruction on the key features of the new OCI Report; how to navigate to, generate and customize it; and its organization and contents.
- The CONNECTIONS Transformation: provides an overview of the goals and key features of the forthcoming updates to CONNECTIONS.
- Course Wrap-Up: provides a review of the course and navigation to course assessments.
Please note that for this course, it is necessary to view all pages of the course on the same PC, although not necessarily at one sitting, in order to access course assessments and be credited for course completion.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:
- Identify some key features of the new OCI Report.
- Access and identify the parts of the CONNECTIONS Reports tab.
- Customize and generate an OCI Report.
- Summarize the contents of the new OCI Report.
Target Audience

Prerequisites
Learners taking this course should be experienced CONNECTIONS users.
