Practical Planning and Achieving Results: Getting To Outcomes was produced in response to local district requests for training in the area of managing and achieving outcomes. The telecast provides a general overview of the Getting To Outcomes (GTO) framework which consists of ten questions that can enhance practitioners skills with planning, implementation and evaluation of programs to achieve results.
