Office Training & Automation Project (OTAP)

The Office Training & Automation Project (OTAP) team of the Professional Development Program (PDP) offers a variety of office automation training opportunities specifically for NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) staff, including interactive web-based training (WBT) courses and topic demos designed to assist at the moment of need. OTAP WBTs allow OTDA staff to learn at their own pace and are available for review at any time. STARS registration is not required.
